Helpful staff
She was extremely helpful with my issue in regards to sharing a chart with another team member. She assured I understood what needed to be done to assure each appointment was on the schedule and how to bill appropriately. She walked me through each step twice just to make sure I understood for the future. She was very nice and informative.

User Friendly EHR
They are completely user friendly, especially for someone like me who is technology use challenged in a major way. The customer service is top notch and they almost anticipate my needs before I can ask the question. I highly recommend this EHR.

If I could give more than 5 stars...I would!
I have been a Therapy Notes customer for six years. I started a solo practice and a colleague had recommended TN to me. I cannot be more pleased with this EMR/billing service. In a world where personalized and efficient customer service is elusive, Therapy Notes excels and never disappoints. I receive a rapid, courteous and effective resolution every time I reach out to customer service. The ability to bill through TN provides a significant savings over using a billing service.
