I was unable to link my camera on my iPhone
I was unable to link my camera on my iPhone to telehealth counseling sessions. I sent an email and left a voicemail during after hours on Sunday. The next day at 7am LA time I had already received a message from their technician ready to help me. The representative was awesome! She was friendly knowledgeable and very professional. Part of the solution included the need to have her call me back while I worked on my phone and she most certainly called me back promptly and the problem was ...

My experience with switching EMDR has…
My experience with switching EMDR has been AHMAZING! I have spoken to several people and they have been a delight, so kind and extremely patient and helpful! My Implementation manager is Rachele and she has been so helpful. Not pushy, but very supportive. I spoke with Brian for about 1 hour a few days ago and had something like 15 questions. He answered each and every one of them with ease.

Called help line at TherapyNotes, LLC and person I spoke with was patient, listened to my problem well, explained why the process I was using was not working, and followed through sharing helpful direction towards resolution. Professional, helpful.

Really great customer service....
Really great customer service from TherapyNotes. At times I have to wait a few minutes to talk to someone, but then, whoever gets on the line is very helpful. And even though some of their system lacks certain capabilities, TherapyNotes continues to improve their overall product by adding on to what they offer. We have a practice of 45 therapists, and we're very happy with TherapyNotes.

Really great customer service....
Really great customer service from TherapyNotes. At times I have to wait a few minutes to talk to someone, but then, whoever gets on the line is very helpful. And even though some of their system lacks certain capabilities, TherapyNotes continues to improve their overall product by adding on to what they offer. We have a practice of 45 therapists, and we're very happy with TherapyNotes.
