Teamviewer spoke to my Mother in law, a very elderly lady with dementia and somehow convinced her to give them her account details for them to access her PC which had flagged up as temporarily inaccessible. Horrible Thieving company! DO NOT USE!

TeamViewer are a horrible company to work with. Clearly in Germany where they are based, people can be screwed over and they’ve just got to move on from it.
