Commercial Use 'error' to purchase paid subscriptions!

Used to be great 1year ago. Now they forced everyone into a 'commercial license error'. You can request to have your account reviewed for personal use but that'll take 2 weeks. TeamViewer is one of the most expensive remote solutions out there. Don't waste your time or money because if it sounds too good to be true it is!

They block everyone, ask for money

They block everyone for "commercial use" even when you aren't using it commercially and then tell you that you have to pay them to unlock your account. Sometimes when I am at school I remote to my computer at home to grab a file, one of their employees told me that by using their product at school that was enough and I had to pay them hundreds of dollars each year to unlock my account. no exceptions. Actually this is a pretty good software,,not sure to why all the bad reviews since iv'e been using it for a couple of years and it was great all the time..it's great since i can use my work computer from hope and log in via my personal pc. The only thing that i don't like is that the screen view is very small, and you can see really good on my 13 inch pc screen.Other than that, it's a fairly good software and very useful.
