Remove easy to use and very helpful
What do you like best? I really like the options that the software has to maintain the remote connection, such as being able to completely control the remote machine and allowing the sound to be received also from the machine and not just the images. The accesses to the PCs are via Internet, but once this connection ends the access also. What do you dislike? I installed TeamViewer on my computer and then I got hacked
I installed TeamViewer on my computer, purchased a license, and got hacked a few weeks later. Someone accessed my computer remotely without my authorization. When I requested TeamViewer's assistance to find out if I had been hacked through TeamViewer, they would not provide any information. It is very poor customer service in my opinion, they hide behind Germany privacy laws, but I was not asking for any kind of personal information. I suspect they know their software is buggy and a ...

Support schwer erreichbar, Totalausfälle der Software
Support schwer erreichbar, in letzter Zeit häufen sich die Ausfälle. Da wir unseren Kunden gegenüber vertraglich verpflichtet sind, einen durchgängigen Support zu bieten, ist das für uns eine Katastrophe!! Ganz schlimm finde ich, dass die Programmierung den Fehler als behoben melden, in den Feierabend gehen - aber die Software funktioniert noch immer nicht. Am nächsten Morgen geht das Spiel dann weiter. Dieser Zustand ist für uns nicht akzetabel.
