The interface is straightforward: connect, authenticate, control. For business use, the paid plans ($49–$99/month depending on features) add session recording, multi-monitor support, and priority ...Read more

Useful for Remote Support

What do you like best? It's amazing how a person connects with you from another part of the town just by giving them an ID and password. It saved us time and money as an organization as we could just get assisted instantly via TeamViewer. There was even a platform for chats which saved us phone bills. What do you dislike? I think the password and the ID should reset each connection, so as not to allow unwanted access, Calling on TeamViewer is not good. It sometimes drops. UX for file ...

Their support is like talking to a…

Their support is like talking to a walk! don't expect support if it works you are lucky if not you have no chance of having it fixed. Their excuse is they have 200,000,000 users, as if they are the only IT company with such number of users!? Facebook has 1 billion active users (god knows how many of users are active and at least they are responsive!

Be very wary of dealing with this company.

Used the free app then had to pay to use the product. These are (very expensive annual rolling contracts - which 12 months on, many people will not recall. Once you sign up they swamp you with junk email, so after a while, you just treat it all as junk and ignore their emails. But they send you a renewal email in amongst all their junk. This is so they can claim they have notified you that your subscription is due for renewal - unless you cancel. Notified them of cancellation one business ...

Connect to everyone virutaly

What do you like best? If you are going to install for the first time in windows, you simply need to click to advance to the next installation screens. If it is to use it, the interface shows in large letters the most used options so it is not necessary to navigate through multiple complicated options and nested sub menu. What do you dislike?
