TeamViewer's free tier is genuinely useful for occasional personal remote access—screen sharing, file transfer, and unattended access all work without payment limits. The interface is straightforward: connect, authenticate, control. For business use, the paid plans ($49–$99/month depending on features) add session recording, multi-monitor support, and priority ...Read more

Best Soft for remote control support
What do you like best? I like how easy it is to setup and free for non-commercial use. TeamViewer works behind my company's firewall where RDP doesn't work. Using TeamViewer, it supports now solve my problem within minutes and save a lot of work hours. It helps to explain, indicate and learn between my coworkers and me whenever we have a problem or something to solve without moving to another place or office. What do you dislike? I don't like how every time TeamViewer reminds me to use ...

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Teamviewer have a 28 day Prior Policy on subscriptions. They say they emailed me confirmation of when my subscription ended - which was not received. When I then received request for payment I notified of them that I didn't want to proceed. They said I had to notify them 28 days prior. That's pretty crap. Does anyone read the small print . . . ?

Great for creating a comfortable work environment
What do you like best? I like that Team viewer grants me remote access to computers throughout my lab without having to jump from one room to the next. I can work on all computers from the ease and comfort of my own personal desk computer, without having to put up with the loud noises from the machinery in my labs as well. What do you dislike? I have not found any features I dislike about team viewer. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

Stay away from Team Viewer
This company is cheating on their clients. If you purchase their licenses, they will auto-renew your lincense for another year in the next year no matter whether you want to and without any reminder or notice. If you call them to cancel, they will tell you that you can only cancel if you inform them 28 days prior to the old license expires. No way to cancel otherwise. At the same time, they will threaten you that if you do not pay, they will send the invoice to collections. Very very very ...

Its safe and secure to use for file transfer and sensitive information operations in an organization. What do you dislike? Its cost is quite expensive on business scale but ...

the teamviewer the best in remote access.
What do you like best? I like the teamviewer because when my computer breaks or I need to install some program I call the technician and it repairs via remote access in a fast and practical way. What do you dislike? I like everything in the teamviewer. nothing to declare. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? helped me access other home computers.

recently got VERY restrictive
recently got VERY restrictive about their "free use". you can't even connect to your home computer from within college wifi. their loss, I'll discourage any companies I see from using TV commercially. AND I'm considering putting some development into open source VNC software.

Teamviewer allows full remote control of a computer.
What do you like best? Teamviewer is a genius for those who work remotely because it allows you to control a remote computer and enter all its settings, its folders, its programs can even access the Internet. To achieve this, teamviewer must be installed on both computers and both must be linked. It's perfect if you forgot something and need to check something on the office computer or the one you left at home. To keep confidential files that should not be in the cloud, and is the most ...

few days ago they decided that older…
few days ago they decided that older free versions hsd to leave working, but the worst is that when trying to connect, only appeared the error "unknown reason" and/or check your internet conection.Thinking in a temporary breakdown, after several days and using google is when we realize they decided that free versions must be updated yes or yes. Teamciewer team, AT LEAST you could inform this and not allow people to waste time waiting. I think that with newr vesions they get data to sell, ...

Was once there biggest fan! Now I’m not!!!!!
Was once there biggest fan, I began phasing them out due to cost and now I am furious because one site I work with who pays has been locked out because it was outdated. Then for my personal use I get flagged commercial every summer! I get to enjoy 5 minutes if it connects.I switched to another service though the audio with the new service has a delay I have found work arounds that satisfies my use.
