If I could give them zero stars I would. TeamViewer are absolute scammers. I cancelled my paypal auto renewal for another year subscription but they still renewed. I have been sent a debt collection letter. I will be fighting this all the way to court if they like. Disgusting behaviour from such a scummy company.

We've used team viewer for a year now

We've used team viewer for a year now. It's proven to be buggy and comparatively difficult. Also, their annual license is expensive and they auto renew your contract unless you give them a minimum of 28 days notice prior to your year being up. If you request a refund they will deny it. In their response they also threaten to take you to collections if you block their deduction from your bank account. What do you like best? When it works, it's OK. When it doesn't, it's crazy frustrating. What do you dislike? Their auto-renew policy requires you to notify them 28 days prior to the contract expiration and they don't send a reminder notice.
