Spotsaas Editor’s POV

TeamViewer's free tier is genuinely useful for occasional personal remote access—screen sharing, file transfer, and unattended access all work without payment limits. The interface is straightforward: connect, authenticate, control. For business use, the paid plans ($49–$99/month depending on features) add session recording, multi-monitor support, and priority ...Read more

Great Experience

What do you like best? It's a very useful program that you can use it and help people to solve some problem in their computer without going there and its easy to use. Many of our employees are based remotely and work from all over the world. Being able to easily share scenes and collaborate on projects and have meaningful meetings has changed the game for us. What do you dislike? It would have been great if we could capture the login details of a user and apply them automatically when ...

Teamviewer is my favorite computer remote control tool!

What do you like best? Teamviewer is a software to remotely monitor from your computer to another computer of a friend or a client that you need to solve a problem or work from your computer no matter the distance. I like it a lot because it is a very complete software, it is coencted by means of an ID identification and the response of the mouse cursor feedback is very fast. What do you dislike? This software contains the free version that is a test, and only lasts 5 minutes in remote ...

If I could give them zero stars I…

If I could give them zero stars I would. TeamViewer are absolute scammers. I cancelled my paypal auto renewal for another year subscription but they still renewed. I have been sent a debt collection letter. I will be fighting this all the way to court if they like. Disgusting behaviour from such a scummy company.

Teamviewer

What do you like best?

doesn't require a lot of internet speed.

What do you like best? What I like most about teamviewer is its high quality service. The access to the platform is really easy and safe and the platform has an excellent interface and for three reasons, the first is the ease of use and is that you do not need to be an expert in computers to know how to use this program because you can use it intuitively, second is the issue of speed and is that if this program transfers files at a really fast speed, and finally there is the issue of ...

Control your pc from anywhere with teamviewer

What do you like best? There are a couple of things I love about teamviewer one is the ease of use, you just have to install and use the user id and passwords and you can control from anywhere your computer. It is especially useful when I need to have control of the work computer when I'm at home or when I'm on the move, because it also allows remote control from a mobile device. The second thing I love is that it considerably speeds up the time it takes to do remote support because you ...

We've used team viewer for a year now

We've used team viewer for a year now. It's proven to be buggy and comparatively difficult. Also, their annual license is expensive and they auto renew your contract unless you give them a minimum of 28 days notice prior to your year being up. If you request a refund they will deny it. In their response they also threaten to take you to collections if you block their deduction from your bank account. Their email literally says "Please note: In case the payment is not made, your license will ...

Predatory & Expensive Auto- Renew Policy

What do you like best? When it works, it's OK. When it doesn't, it's crazy frustrating. What do you dislike? Their auto-renew policy requires you to notify them 28 days prior to the contract expiration and they don't send a reminder notice. You won't know you re-subscribed until they pull the money from your account. Only then do you get an email letting you know you've been suckered in to another year. Recommendations to others considering the product: Mark your calendar 45 days ...

Easy tools remote software

What do you like best? I love Teamviewer because it's so easy to install, configure and use. We have used this program in different operating systems and all have worked correctly, we can connect to any computer immediately. Best of all, it has great compatibility to connect to any type of device you need. What do you dislike? Although the program has the function of videoconferencing the quality of video and audio are not good enough. Recommendations to others considering the ...
