Quick and easy remote desktop tool

What do you like best? The best things about this software is the easability, organization and performance. I love that you can permanently add saved computers for quick access. I normally have to connect to numerous hosts and never have an issue. Also, TeamViewer almost never has as hiccup unless its a problem with one of the hosts itself. What do you dislike?
