AUTO RENEW SCAM!!BE VERY VERY CAREFUL - (I TRIED TO CANCEL A $1,200/YEAR SUBSCRIPTION ON THE DAY I GOT THE INVOICE) THEY WILL GET YOU WITH THE AUTOMATIC RENEWAL & ABSOLUTELY REFUSE TO EVEN LISTEN TO REASON..... I have not used their worthless program for over 6 months & now have been scammed out of another $1200 for the whole next year!!!!!!USE REMOTE DESKTOP FOLKS!!!!!!

Expensive and Poor customer service

I have been using Teamviewer for years for personal use. Recently my account was flagged as business use which I never did. Submitted a support request to have it clarified but never got a response. Then I found out that there are many other free (and safe) alternatives such as the Chrome remote desktop which serves the same functionality for my needs. Thanks to Teamviewer for their poor service and support which lead me to find a better solution.

Plenty of alternative services out there without the terrible support - We suggest prospective customers research alternatives first as Teamviewer's not putting their customers first. Watch out for the autorenewal practice. Very ropey!If I could give less than 1* I would. The software is not bad. The company around it is appalling.

What do you like best? Easy to start remote session in limited speed connections. Easy to transfer files in an open session. Manage the access (Read/write/ execute) on a session.
