BAD ( I didn't want to give it one star ).

I talked around 10 minutes to operators about my Mac difficulties & was appalled & became angrily frustrated, trying to understand their heavily-accented pronunciation. I actually couldn't follow what they were trying to communicate & hung up.

A service that has many connection failures, but which, if corrected, could be very useful.

Technically ok BUT

Technically ok, but no longer offering a free subscription for personal use and incredibly expensive. They 'cried wolf' claiming that connecting from my bedroom to my kitchen was 'commercial use' for weeks without any consequences, then 'shut me off' without notice. I'm bootstrapping with 1 minute connections every 10 minutes and getting madder and madder with each session! Chrome Remote Desktop works just fine!

Totally worthless

Totally worthless. Works less than 1% of the time and then hangs. Do not waste your time.
