Are you using TeamViewer?
Spotsaas Editor’s POV
TeamViewer's free tier is genuinely useful for occasional personal remote access—screen sharing, file transfer, and unattended access all work without payment limits. The interface is straightforward: connect, authenticate, control. For business use, the paid plans ($49–$99/month depending on features) add session recording, multi-monitor support, and priority ...Read more

An excellent and cost effective remote control tool for remote support
What do you like best? Its a quick and easy install for one-off support needs on customer computers and phones, and the functionality of being able to copy and paste files and installs directly through the remote control window rather than being forced to use a complicated interface to transfer files is excellent. License pricing is competitive and flexible, since we only need to have enough licenses for the maximum number of concurrent connections that we might have at any given time. ...

Great easy to use program, too bad they changed their licensing.
What do you like best? The program is easy to use and install. Works on several platforms. What do you dislike? It was great and reasonably priced. Then they went and changed to a yearly subscription, bad move because the price is now way out of line with other options available. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It was great for remoting servers while off network or allowing vendors to remote in from outside without punching a ...

Zero support. Avoid this company!
The remote system works OK but even as a paying customer Teamviewer bombards me with adverts. I have so far opened two support cases asking why they are spamming me with popup ads when I pay for the service but yet both tickets have just been summarily closed. I have yet to have a decent experience with support from this company. AVOID!

TeamViewer has very poor customer service and product performance
TeamViewer has very poor customer service and product performance. It's impossible to speak to TeamViewer, contact tech support and cancel their service. Once you've signed up it's impossible to cancel. During these difficult economic times TeamViewer is unwilling to refund annual fee for service we have never used and have repeatedly asked to cancel.

Share your screens efficiently
What do you like best? Everything about TV ( TeamViewer). I have been personally and professionally using TeamViewer for a long time. It has a few unique features which discriminate from others. You can easily share your screen via the help of code and password. Teamviewer helped me in sharing files, remote desktop integration and makes my life easier./ What do you dislike? Network failure and regular updates are the two things with annoys me. Recommendations to others ...

An excellent tool for remote desktop support.
What do you like best? TeamViewer features are so useful that they stand out in the same proportion as all similar software together. TeamViewer offers remote support with the best possible connection and stability, and the inclusion of file sharing between connected devices via an ID and password is also very useful. In addition, TeamViewer is able to connect to different devices at the same time, taking full control of the tasks. What do you dislike? There's nothing I don't like ...

Apart from the difficulty of installing the full program remotely, which is more than my 87-yr-old mother can handle, it's an awesome experience using teamviewer. Thanks. I've installed the regular program and help my mom start a remote program each time she needs help. She's in the States and I'm in Europe. That's a big help.
