The interface is straightforward: connect, authenticate, control. For business use, the paid plans ($49–$99/month depending on features) add session recording, multi-monitor support, and priority ...Read more

Great for personal usage. Not the best for corporate.

What do you like best? The hability to remote assist family members easily, they just have to confirm I'm taking control of their PC and then I can remotely update or maintain their PC. Really the best tool for personnal and family use. What do you dislike? Updates sometimes breaks remote assistance if clients are on older versions. IT happenned with version 11 and 13 I believe. I had to go onsite, and perform an upgrade because de tool wouldn't upgrade by itself. ...

Once you pay for it you're subscribed, to cancel that, you'll regret to have paid for it!

The software works fine, though specially in MacOS you could have serious problems for taking the control. The biggest issue is when you have to buy them the business licence. Please don't do it!!, there are many other services out there, Anydesk for instance. Their Licence is completely unfair, once you buy it, you'll have to pay like $650 every year, which is quite expansive in most cases, and the funny thing, is that to cancel that subscription, you have to write 28 days before of the ...

Great product! Until your computer is turned off.

What do you like best? It remembers my log in info and the computers I've remoted into previously and when. What do you dislike? If the computer turns off, the connection is lost and there is no way to get it back. Recommendations to others considering the product: Lock your computer, instead of putting it to sleep if you need to remote into it. Otherwise, I do not know how to use TeamViewer (or other software) to remotely restart/start my computer. What problems are ...
