The interface is straightforward: connect, authenticate, control. For business use, the paid plans ($49–$99/month depending on features) add session recording, multi-monitor support, and priority ...Read more

Not Trusty Communication Provider
On their website, they are saying that for personal use it is free. But once you start to use this tool, it says that it had detected commercial use.I'm connecting with my brother it is not commercial use and even he is a student.

The remote desktop software I've been looking for
What do you like best? Right out of the box the program works remarkably well, because it is downloaded via an executable file which is quite light it helps to make its download fast and smooth making it able to work immediately once the software is installed. Its wide flexibility across multiple platforms giving a peace of mind to different companies and organizations of not having to change their tech structure as Teamviewer adapts to the technology they already have without further ...

These people are basically con artists.
These people are basically con artists. There is only the option to do 1 year of services, BUT you can't just buy 1 year, it's a subscription that you have to cancel 28 days before the renewal of next year's. What happens if you forget to cancel it before 28 days? You get charged. You can contact your bank, but this just seems way too complicated to cancel something. The support is just awful, impolite, rude and always seems to be pushing towards what they want.If it wasn't for the ...

Always been very helpful!
What do you like best? I like that you can share control of the screen remotely. I also like that it has the authentication prompts in order to be able to allow someone to remotely share their screen. What do you dislike? I honestly don't think I have encountered anything that I did not like about TeamViewer. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you're looking for a way to be able to remotely screen share and conduct support to be able to easily handle a ...

TeamViewer is lest robust than some of it's competitors like Bomgar. It is also becoming less essential in this day and age. What problems are you solving with the product? What ...

Teamviewer. It just works.
What do you like best? The ability to have a library of computers spanning multiple OS’ (MAC/PC/ETC) and not only be able to control them via a mobile device (in my case an iPhone or iPad) but also a desktop as well. Saving customers machines in my account for quick future connection as well as dialing in to my many work machines is handy too. What do you dislike? It’s sort of expensive for a business license, but then again it’s the best software I’ve tried (compared to VNC, ...

What do you like best? Super convenient, remote access, easy to use. It's made our jobs easier, thankfully we had it deployed on all devices before the whole covid-19 started. It's definitely user friendly and not hard to understand whatsoever. What do you dislike? Not much to dislike really. It's super helpful to be able to remote access to one of our users computers when they need troubleshooting. Recommendations to others considering the product: Honestly, if you need a ...
