TeamViewer's free tier is genuinely useful for occasional personal remote access—screen sharing, file transfer, and unattended access all work without payment limits. The interface is straightforward: connect, authenticate, control. For business use, the paid plans ($49–$99/month depending on features) add session recording, multi-monitor support, and priority ...Read more

What do you like best? We are using TeamViewer for remote assist our end users. What I like the most is easiness to use the product. It is so simple that anyone can install and use immediately. I love the way is designed and its reliability. Absolutely recommended. What do you dislike? Probably the only point that I do not like is the chat. Most of the time the users do not notice the messages received and this can cause some delays during the support operations. ...

Great Idea.

I was having a lot of problems with my laptop. I am not tech savvy and an OAP. My son who lives 200 miles away sorted out the main problems through Team Viewer and this is not the first time. It is a really great idea to be able to link your computer with another safely.

Attend clients from anywhere and connect remotely in your devices

What do you like best? Anyone thinking of using Teamviewer…

Anyone thinking of using Teamviewer during quarantine times for professional remote desktop solutions: don't.Buggy as hell. Customer service virtually non-existent on a product we pay £800 per year for. They just quietly hope problems resolve themselves & close support tickets

Caveat Emptor - Buyer Beware

Caveat Emptor - "You can check out but you can never leave" as the song goes. Last year I didn't renew only to find out the subscription automatically renews unless you cancel within 28 days of the "End of Term". This year I decided to cancel 31 days before only to get responses saying (see below). They will not provide contact information for their legal team. Good luck to anyone else in the same boat. Dear Customer, unfortunately we cannot identify you with your e-mail address, would you ...

Easy to use remote desktop tool

What do you like best? I like teamviewer because we can easily remote the device without thinking about the network infrastructure behind it, for example if we are behind the NAT, etc. On the other hand, we can run this software without installing it. So after I download this application, I can just choose to only run it. After I have the device ID, then I can pass it to the support so they can remote my device easily. What do you dislike? When we go with the free version, then we ...

Simple and Overall Impressive Software

What do you like best? TeamViewer is really fast, which is what I like the best thing about it. Half of the time, when I worked while travelling and working on low speed internet, TeamViewer worked just fine. It consumes low data and there has been very little and limited times when I had connection interruptions, On top of that, during those interruptions also, it reconnects and gets back stable very fast. It's accessibility is another feature which is why it is best, I had used it ...
