TeamViewer's free tier is genuinely useful for occasional personal remote access—screen sharing, file transfer, and unattended access all work without payment limits. The interface is straightforward: connect, authenticate, control. For business use, the paid plans ($49–$99/month depending on features) add session recording, multi-monitor support, and priority ...Read more

the application works fine BUT.......

the application works fine, but the service, support and billing is terrible. Dispite paying a renewal subscription last week..still unable to use any licensed software and losing valuable days on a project that requires me to access a customer workstation. After paying there was no sign of any subscription or license on the online account. so that means you are stuck with support ticket emails and telephone support to different people each time. I have technically now lost about a week of ...

Productive but high cost tool

What do you like best? TeamViewer is open source and easy to use. It connects easily and allows you to easily view and interact with your computer screen. It is one of the best applications out there to control the computer. What do you dislike? Extremely expensive. Very expensive to use, has no relation to the promised income of which we work. Many of us stop using this tool since the value of the application is not viable. What problems are you solving with the product? What ...

Overpriced, Security Issues, Awful Customer Services

We've been a business customer of TeamViewer for many years, we use it perhaps once or twice a year. When COVID-19 hit in 2020, like many although especially as a large part of our business is in the event sector we looked at all of our company's costs.Nearly all of our suppliers were very helpful, assisting us to reduce costs where possible. This helping us to save our staff's jobs, and maintain our company which also supplies online services to over 100 companies. We're not a big company, ...

Live-saver during these times when the everyone is working from home and you need technical support

What do you like best? The best part of this remote desktop software is the ease of connection and screen takeover. We use this within our organization primarily for technical support, thus whenever an employee logs a technical ticket, the IT engineer would connect via Teamviewer to take control of the screen and resolve the issue, the entire process is so user-friendly and convenient - this software is definitely a life-saver these days when the entire 2000 employees of my company are ...

Teamviewer: remote sessions at a great price

What do you like best? Being able to edit / manage our documentation online is a huge advantage that teamviewer encompasses over competing platforms, since these can be opened without the teamviewer platform becoming slow, or in any case, closing during that period of time, as usually happens with similar platforms. What do you dislike? Despite being a non-direct problem with the teamviewer platform, we think it is very important to highlight that after having completed the survey ...
