Spotsaas Editor’s POV

TeamViewer's free tier is genuinely useful for occasional personal remote access—screen sharing, file transfer, and unattended access all work without payment limits. The interface is straightforward: connect, authenticate, control. For business use, the paid plans ($49–$99/month depending on features) add session recording, multi-monitor support, and priority ...Read more

Easy access / controls - from any where in the world!

What do you like best? Now a days, companies are focusing more on working remotely. Teamviewer has helped me overcome the obstacles of effectively communicating with my peers. I have been able to share my desktop, share control, as well as work on tasks together using Team viewer. This is not only beneficial for business use but also personal use. I have used this platform a lot for personal use as I do like to travel from time to time. When away from home, If I need to get access on to ...

User-friendly remote support

What do you like best? Mainly the speed and the relaibility of the software. The connection is very good and stable. What do you dislike? The new ui is kind of distracting. I guess it could be more simple and intuitive. Recommendations to others considering the product: Try this first. Buy a license only after testing. May not be suitable for big scale companies What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our employees now work ...

Remote Desktop made simple

What do you like best? I really like the ability to add groups of computers and workstations. This makes it easy to access work computers, home computers or even friends computers if and when that option might be needed. In my years using TeamViewer I have had no problems with security or any other threats when it comes to utilizing the platform either. TeamViewer is easy to set up and even if you have someone that has never used it before then it doesn't take long to figure the platform ...

Easy to use, easy to describe and very fast

What do you like best? The fast connections and the ability to toggle different modes for slower connections. What do you dislike? The price is a little high, especially when there are other comparable solutions out there with significantly less costs Recommendations to others considering the product: Give it a shot and see how well it works by using the free version, then upgrade when you're ready. Its a very good system that provides ample features for someone in ...

Team Viewer is a good Remote Support Software

What do you like best? I think the most helpful thing about team viewer is the ease of accessing colleges computers remotely. It never seems to fail out and the connection always stays consistent throughout the process. What do you dislike? What I dislike about team viewer is having to provide the help desk associate who is accessing my computer the long ID and password that Team Viewer provides. This is time consuming and i think there is way this process could be more efficient. ...

Bullying behaviour.

Bullying behaviour. After years of use try to leave. Notified them in writing, but not soon enough before renewal. Now forcing me to pay for another year of use that I don't want, priced 400+ GBP.I'm furious. The system works fine when you are using it, but this is not a good way to run a company. Look at how many atrocious reviews are posted here.Money can be better spent elsewhere.

TeamViewer is an intuitive and complete tool. The best thing is that it is compatible with macOS

What do you like best? TeamViewer is extremely easy to set up even for people with little computer skills and that's really what I like the most. It has a pretty price model, although it is also possible to use the software for free. It also has a very friendly instant messaging function. What do you dislike? Sometimes I have experienced that the screen of the user who is sharing his screen freezes and there is no way to resume the connection, so you must close the session and ...

Strongly recommend AGAINST paying for a…

Strongly recommend AGAINST paying for a business license. There are better options. Most importantly, when you inevitably find those options, teamviewer will rely upon your forgetfulness to squeeze one more year of billing cycle from you. Their autorenew policy is extremely unfair and rigid. Teamviewer is unhelpful and uncompromising. They do not send you a reminder - in several states a reminder for a subscription like this would be required by law. Their renewal policy is a common thread ...
