Helt igennem elendig support!
Har igennem en uge forsøgt at komme i kontakt uden held. Jeg vil bare gerne betale min regning!!! De svarer ikke på hverken den danske eller tyske telefon, man bliver afbrudt. Har fundet en mailadresse til support. De svarer heller ikke.Selve Teamviewer er vi glade for, men når noget går galt er de IKKE eksisterende.

This software is well known since ages!
What do you like best? The most helpful thing about Teamviewer is its ability to allow users to connect remotely even with poor connections or bandwidth giving them access to control multiple systems on multiple OS software. I find many upsides of using this program such as it is user friendly and easily installable, their support assistance team is good, it is compatible with most of the computers, the software is oldest in its segment. Terrible customer support
Terrible customer support. I cancelled my subscription on a closed work email account. Advised if I had no proof the renewal would stand. No pro rata refund was given. 11 months with a terrible system which is buggy and often crashes. Try Splashtop or Mikogo

Great software
What do you like best? What I enjoy most in TeamViewer is the ability to use other computers and mobile devices, such as the ability to manage it remotely. We needed technical support, but thanks to this program, our customers made it available to us in a simple way, using the access codes they provided us with. What do you like best? The performance always feels fast enough. The chat facility is also reliable What do you dislike?
