Spotsaas Editor’s POV

TeamViewer's free tier is genuinely useful for occasional personal remote access—screen sharing, file transfer, and unattended access all work without payment limits. The interface is straightforward: connect, authenticate, control. For business use, the paid plans ($49–$99/month depending on features) add session recording, multi-monitor support, and priority ...Read more

the easiest way to connect to other equipment for support

What do you like best? What I like the most is the ease of connection, just give a number generated by the program and a generated password. Also the user if he does not have a current version can be updated remotely, without problems. also the password management of the application, since many times you work with many passwords that one or all of them are not remembered What do you dislike? I am angry that sometimes it takes a lot of bandwidth and even if you put the options ...

TeamViewer is Rock Solid Awesome

What do you like best? I love the fact that TeamViewer is rock solid and just works. I've never needed their support on anything. It just works! What do you dislike? Even though I bought their app, they occasionally show me ads. Wish I could just turn them off. Also, their security can be a bit annoying. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use it to do customer support with our customers.

Make your remote works much better

What do you like best? I used TeamViewer more than 2 years, what I really like that is the screen sharing ability and you can also control other computer screen remotely by using that application. And it's fully encrypted and more secured than other similar applications. What do you dislike? It's really hard to say what I dislike, but I would like to see more customization in that application and it needs super fast computers and internet in order to use the application easily. ...

The Absolute Best Remote Desktop Control!

What do you like best? TeamViewer has been the best remote desktop control application for years and has been giving the best service till now. I have been using it for more than 4 years and haven't been let down a single time. Its remote control feature is very easy to establish and provides a lag-free connection. The mode is very easy to use even from the mobile screen and you can easily perform any function on your computer via your mobile. You can even use a free version if you can't ...

Absolute garbage company

Absolute garbage company, anyuse is way better. No support, they are cheap little c*nts who have the community do their work for them unless you are a company that want to buy from them personally THIS GOES FOR A PRIVATE USER BUYING A LICENSE AS WELLTrash support, Buggy software, Bad Bitrate and connection + upload and ontop of that it's a f*c*ing embarrassment in 2020 for a company to have worse support as well as credibility when it comes to the code in script. Also no updates for the past ...

Greedy, poor service, greedy again

It does not work for free, the fee for non-commercial use is too high. I do not want to pay $ 49.00 / mo, I do not get profit from using this service. The clipboard from the smartphone does not work. Perhaps I will use the services of their competitors.

Abusive debt collection and illegal auto-renew

We used Teamview for a year. We found it to be of little value and elected not to continue using the product. Imagine our surprise when we received an invoice for the 'autorenewal', despite local law requiring that a a notice period be given before a charge is made.We politely pointed this out to the company, and received a torrent of increasingly abusive demands for payment, with our case eventually being moved to a 'debt collection agency'. We eventually engaged a lawyer to clarify the ...

BEWARE: AVOID TEAMVIEWER AT ALL COSTS

BEWARE: STEER CLEAR FROM TEAMVIEWER AT ALL COSTS!!! MONEY-HUNGRY AND NO CARE FOR CLIENTS!If i could give this company a zero star i would. I applied for a free commercial trial, which was never used at all, not once (in fact, their assigned PIN was never accessed and this can be verified by the company). After the trial period lapsed, I did not take it up. Next thing I know I get a bill in the mail demanding the full yearly payment! I refused to pay it on the basis that the trial was "free" ...
