Poor quality product and bad business practices.
What do you like best? Not much to like. The same basic features of other services with poor quality. There is no real benefit to this product over any of the other ones out there. What do you dislike? The speed of connections are slow compared to other services. Number of issues getting connected sometimes. Jumpy screen. Issues transferring files. Feels very buggy. I was sold the idea that TeamViewer had changed and that they were better now. This was not true. The biggest ...

TeamViewer
What do you like best? TeamViewer is easy to use and provides the ability to remotely access and control devices across multiple locations that I am in charge of. What do you dislike? There's not much to dislike. The only issue I've experienced is when operating it from a slower internet connection. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? With multiple locations, traveling, and occasionally working from home, it's sometimes difficult ...

Great for remote meetings!
What do you like best? This has a simple to use interface. Our company deals with many seniors who are not overly familiar with computers, so having a product that is easy to set up and use is important. What do you dislike? This doesn't seem to be as used or popular as Zoom. If you are looking for a high-quality video conferencing platform, then you may want to go with Zoom. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No issues so far ...

Best Software ever for Screen sharing
What do you like best? The free version has almost all the necessary features for basic screen share. Being an IT Admin, we rely on this software because - To be able to even give Admin rights for users - Switch profiles - Reboot computer and connect back without having to give the ID and password - Uninterrupted usage What do you dislike? It would be better if they can provide some features for the One-Time Run feature too, instead of just limiting it to screen share ...
