Are you using TeamViewer?
Spotsaas Editor’s POV
TeamViewer's free tier is genuinely useful for occasional personal remote access—screen sharing, file transfer, and unattended access all work without payment limits. The interface is straightforward: connect, authenticate, control. For business use, the paid plans ($49–$99/month depending on features) add session recording, multi-monitor support, and priority ...Read more

Team viewer is getting worse every…
Team viewer is getting worse every month gone by, I’m not surprised there are so many negative feedbacks here and scoring very low.Easy answer to this is customers to stop using team viewer forever and move to different platform that do the same job and free of charge even if the others are not as good yet they will get better once more customers will start using their product.

Let everyone use it for free and then…
Let everyone use it for free and then the hammer came down and charged 600 a year AUTO RENEW. I cancelled and have been bullied ever since to pay for a year when I didnt use the software and cancelled. Just got a letter from a german debt collection agency. Over my dead body, absolutely disgusting company with no ethics

Software maybe ok but they are Theives.
I would strongly avoid using TeamViewer as they are nothing but a bunch of bullies that remove you of any control to your account. We cancelled the product early this year, but guess what, they have since sent an invoice and demanding payment claiming that they have not received any notification to cancel the service.Note that you cannot control any element to your account or billing from the online 'control' panel. They also do not give you a friendly email 2 months before contract renewal ...

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. The small print says that you need to give them 28 days written notice to cancel. They raised the price by 50%- with no notice- and no warning they were going to charge the credit card. Once I saw the charge, they are totally unwilling to either cancel the service. Cancelling the service is a job in itself- there's NO customer service TOTAL RIP OFF

Will Hunt You Down With A Credit Agency
Don't let your subscription expire and think they wont hunt you down via German credit agencies (im in Aus) to insist you owe them for a service blocked & not received.Additionally, only billing option is an annual subscription (because they want to lock you in) - funny how they show you per month prices though. .Scummy business practices and even they know it - AVOID!

Not a bad piece of software but there…
Not a bad piece of software but there should be a private user license. I don't need a commercial license as I only use it in my home to connect to my media server. The free version is unusable and they try convince you that you need to pay for a commercial license which is overinflated for the non-commercial user.

Antiquated product and poor customer service
Frighteningly poor customer service. You'd think given it's a global pandemic and tools like Teamviewer must be doing particularly well given all the remote working, they'd be in a position to show some discretion and flexibility to customers. The product isn't even that good. I've since discovered better cheaper alternatives such as UseTogether. Save your money and go with a more flexible and friendly alternative.

Pile of garbage
Pile of garbage. Keeps insisting I'm using it commercially even though I only use it to fix my dads pc every 3 months. I'm mean seriously! It's obviously not using an algorithm to detect this and just trying to scare people into £££ their software. Here's an idea: Use Chrome Remote Desktop instead.

Money grabbing corporation
Useles money grabbing corporation.I used TeamViewer for years to remote into my 84-year old mother's PC and help her to open some folders and find files. Today I received a message from TeamViewer saying they suspected commercial use from my PC. So, now helping my 84-year mother is considered commercial use?! I tried raising a ticket on TeamViewer website, but after giving them all of my details they would not allow me to upload the complaint. So, this is my final goodbye to TeamViewer. ...

La herramienta ideal para conexiones remotas.
What do you like best?
