Are you using TeamViewer?
Spotsaas Editor’s POV
TeamViewer's free tier is genuinely useful for occasional personal remote access—screen sharing, file transfer, and unattended access all work without payment limits. The interface is straightforward: connect, authenticate, control. For business use, the paid plans ($49–$99/month depending on features) add session recording, multi-monitor support, and priority ...Read more

Best software to offer remote software: TeamViewer
What do you like best? We have been able to implement screen sharing on many computers, which we have found invaluable in these times of pandemic. It has allowed us from the beginning to organize the computers in groups for easy access. In the same way, we can add a password to each computer to be able to control each user that we have online. The Firewall also does not cause problems at the time of installation since it is fully compatible and transparent and allows an easy and fast ...

Would give less than 1 Star if I could.
Would give less than 1 Star if I could.THIS COMPANY IS VERY SNEAKY. They hide auto renewal in EULA, and do not provide notice. There is nowhere in your account to cancel auto renew. Customer service is brutal and completely unprofessional.Service itself is unreliable, very slow and laggy, and often unavailable. Lost a lot of productivity and wasted money by using this product. Avoid, any product is better than this.

Coordination of projects remotely.
What do you like best? I like it because it is a remote control software that allows you to remotely access someone else's help software to solve the problems you are experiencing along with the transfer file that can help you solve your problem. The most notable aspect of this program is the opportunity to help people in need of support. What do you dislike? The drawbacks related to other applications such as: the ability to freeze windows, enter other parts of a device via remote ...

Terrible SaaS
Good app. Bad customer experience. If they deem that you use this for commercial use then you're buggered. Avoid. Use a free alternative such as vnc or anydesk

Ban Teamviewer. Never ever purchase Teamviewer license in your/my life. Look for alternative solution.
VERY WORST COMPANY with WORST POLICIES. WE SHOULD FOCUS ON OTHER SOFTWARE which are more competent to Teamviewer.I have the same issue like others with the renewals. This is the WORST company that I have ever purchased something. I HATE this company from my heart.1) They didn't give any option for turning off auto renewals.2)They didn't send me any alert before charging to my debit card.3)I responded to them on the same day when they billed me, asking them to cancel my subscription ...

TeamViewer
What do you like best? I have used TeamViewer for many years as remote software. I use both the free version for personal use and toll version for remote technical support. I have always been impressed by this software's simplicity of use. You could either set up the customer on the remote computer and configure it for automatic connection anytime, or ask the user to install the customer for a fast link. Besides, the Teamviewer features the same functions as any other software, such as ...

Used to be a good company
Used to be a good company. They bury the 28-day notice of cancellation for a *YEARLY* policy in their terms. They remind you one day in advance of your yearly payment and raise prices drastically over your first year. They threaten collection for the fee for *upcoming* year, even if you cancel and/or do not use their service. Avoid them like the plague and go for something cheaper, with a monthly term.
