100% not free
Impossible to use for free despite their claim to be 100% free for personal use. They will constantly close down your connection and say they have detected commercial use for no reason other than them not wanting free users.

Cancelation process is confusing and…
Cancelation process is confusing and when I emailed to explain that I thought I had canceled the subscription (months before it was due to renew) I was informed that I had done it incorrectly. I can not believe that we’re unable to contact me when I deleted my log in (they knew I had done so) to confirm. I deleted the two log ins we had which then meant I was unable to do anything. Ok yes maybe I missed the fine print but I deleted these months before the renewal date and have not nor will ...

Best application for remote access of system
What do you like best? It is one of the best remote access application available in the market currently. It's very easy to use and anyone with a little knowledge of computers can use it. The best remote desktop access solution.
What do you like best? I am the administrator of TeamViewer, I have installed this software on all our machines in the company. Since then I have been using it to access all PCs remotely for debugging and problems solving. I also use TeamViewer to access my server files and important stuff while travelling abroad. Support is below a zero
Support is below a zero. It takes an hour to get thru by phone; email tickets - more than 24 hours if ever.The first phone support agent pretended he couldn't hear me and hung up - his name was Jesse.The second agent was friendly, then put me on an endless hold to 'work' on my issue.

I don’t know this company and never…
I don’t know this company and never purchased from them... but I had a phone call from a mobile number claiming to be amazon, they wanted to take me to this team viewer site to download app, they said, this is a new website that amazon use to colllect and cancel subscriptions with amazon. I said, that I would contact amazon to check this and they hung up. This is a scam.. do not continue any conversations with the company claiming to be amazon and using this app/website.

Attractive remote software.
What do you like best? The remote control system is an intelligent and very complicated process in the sense that the point of theft of information by computer, but teamviewer maintains a stable and secure connection so I love the service the remote process maintains a secure control managing to use pc from anywhere in the world. Teamviewer is an excellent remote connect product.
What do you like best? Sincerely, TeamViewer is the best remote connection platform I have used, this product is perfect for me because it fits all my uses, it has allowed me to have a high performance in my work and its availability in mobile applications allows me to connect to my computers from anywhere I am, personally I feel very comfortable with this product and while its operation is excellent, I would never consider changing it for other alternatives.
