Spotsaas Editor’s POV

TeamViewer's free tier is genuinely useful for occasional personal remote access—screen sharing, file transfer, and unattended access all work without payment limits. The interface is straightforward: connect, authenticate, control. For business use, the paid plans ($49–$99/month depending on features) add session recording, multi-monitor support, and priority ...Read more

Best application to associate distant gadgets to give or get far off help

It permits clients to distantly screen, control, and design the machines like mobiles, work areas, and so on. We can share documents effectively utilizing its coordinated highlights. Teamviewer Desktop has an excessively simple interface to utilize. It is somewhat more costly to utilize.

TeamViewer connected remotely !!

What do you like best? TeamViewer is considered a remote control software that works spectacularly the way in which we can use the files from another computer on our computer in this way it is not necessary to download, send or receive any type of file since everything would be done remotely, we can use I love these documents because it is only a single tool, it is very effective, it maintains constant communication with the remote computer, it is very complete. What do you dislike? ...

Teamviewer charges credit card without permission

I received a text informing me that $99.00 was going to be deducted from my credit card or checking account in the next two hours. If I wanted to cancel I had to log onto teamviewer website. I called and was informed that when I purchased my computer I was charged for this virus protection, and that unless I cancel I will be charged. I was never aware of any protection and did not authorize a charge. Agent kept insisting I go to the web site.

TeamViewer Is For Device Management

What do you like best? I love the TeamViewer gives full control over another device while also keeping it safe. A password and ID of some sort are required and are unique to the device you're trying to connect to. That keeps things very safe. What do you dislike? I don't like the difficulty with taking over another device with a different operating system and having to try to figure out keyboard shortcuts. It has not worked using a Mac to control Windows for me. ...

Don't believe their non-commercial free use, it's a lie

They will randomly limit your account to 5-minute sessions with "commercial use detected" notice even though this is a family use, 100% non-commercial. When you request their support they will treat you like a scammer requiring proof of non-commercial use. This company doesn't respect its users and customers. First I thought of buying a commercial license but with this kind of attitude, they will not get a penny from me.

No support.

"Your account is disabled, please contact your company's administrator for further assistance."I am the company administrator, but I can't login to my account because my account is disabled even though the paid subscription is still current. And there is no option to submit a support ticket without first logging in. The only contact method is a phone number, but that option doesn't work for me.In my experience - No support. Expensive. Opens access through firewalls to the ransomeware welcome ...

TeamViewer, an excellent selection for support

What do you like best? We use TeamViewer in all support departments. For us, it is an easy way to admit an individual assistant or a help desk assistant. We use several applications for different suppliers, just like TeamViewer is a tool used for each one of them. This device helps us to form teams and save time when repairing to get medicine as quickly as possible. What do you dislike? The cost of updates. It was supposed to be a lifetime license, but it's not when you ...
