The interface is straightforward: connect, authenticate, control. For business use, the paid plans ($49–$99/month depending on features) add session recording, multi-monitor support, and priority ...Read more

TeamViewer is very nice software to use
What do you like best? The availability of TeamViewer on various platforms is very good. I can use it from my PC and Android device. The speed of this software is fantastic. I like its interface, it is very good. It is very easy to use. What do you dislike? The mobile app is not good at all. It lags a lot and the main issue is that it is not customized properly. I think that customizing the mobile app will help a lot for users who operate TeamViewer from mobile phones. What ...

Increased functionality
What do you like best? This is software with which I have helped for a long time to establish stable and also secure remote connections, I usually use it to work at home when I cannot participate in the office, I link the account with my computer system and work in comfort from my home. What do you dislike? The only drawback I see is when transferring the file, personally in this task I prefer to use several other methods before the remote transfer due to the fact that it is ...

TeamViewer accuse & use people as disposable!
If TeamViewer cared about people who have grown to use and appreciate their products, they would not cut them off without warning; leaving them struggling and wasting their precious time to contact TV’s useless "help/support lines" and website.Am I bothered? No! I am angry. Very angry.I appreciate there are loads of folk who are taking advantage of their "free" service when they are commercial and can easily pay £32.+ a month. But treating non-commercial people like you have done is just ...

Their bogus accusation of commercial use is nonsense.
If they were an honest company they would just offer a 30 day free trial before insisting on a paid subscription, rather than PRETENDING to offer free private use. They act like a scam, so I'm going to assume they are a scam.Their bogus accusation of commercial use is just a ruse to drum up paid subscriptions or to extract a digital copy of your personal signature. I don't know which, and I don't care. Don't fall for it folks. And for sure don't fall for the "Private Use Declaration" ...

Grim experience
Grim experience. The support is awful, you eventually get through after 30 minutes and someone tells you the complete opposite of a colleague so I send yet another ticket- and after 10 days no reply I tried to pay my invoice but the link doesn’t work so spent another 30 minutes on hold- utterly useless do not use this company.

Absolutely everything, especially the way we can share our screens, have remote sessions, live conference sessions, multiple remote sessions at same time, switching between multiple sessions at a time.
