These people have been harassing me for payment for a subscription I never agreed to. I installed as per their 14 day trial and the product did not do what to promised. KEEP AWAY!!!!The product has no guarantee of even continuing, they claim there is an autorenew and have refused to cancel that as well as trying to invoice me for a product I don't want.

You are supposed to be able to use this freely for personal use, which I do. It however keeps flagging me for Commercial use. I remote into my computers at home, my son's computer 300 miles away and my mother's computer who is local. But now I can't. Complete headache and worthless software.

Computer says no

Teamviewer is not a company I would buy from again. Unclear terms & conditions, no flexibility and rude support staff. Poor user experience from the underlying technology. Steer clear.

No support, buggy

Been using it for years for my own personal use. I use it to log into games remotely to gather buffs that go out at certain times (usually when I’m at work).Unfortunately, TV keeps flagging my account continually for commercial use. You used to be able to call their support line and have it fixed, but they no longer have a support line for non-business use.
