This company operates like a SCAM

This company operates like a SCAM.They make it impossible to cancel your subscription and stick you on a reoccurring invoice that once issued, you are unable to get out of. TeamViewer is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with and something needs to change.If you are looking for a TeamViewer review, then please read this as a warning to stay away from TeamViewer and look at other alternatives.

Awful Customer Service

This company is run by an entire bunch of incompetent badgers. NEVER purchase thier products or services. Their customer service team are an utter shamble and take over two weeks to answer the most basic queries (if they do at all), that is unless you refuse to pay their extortionate prices, at which point they threaten to send debt collectors to you, without any single attempt to resolve your dispute or issue. What do you like best? I love how easy it is to remote in to my PC from my phone on the go and into friends and family who need IT support. This tool has been been essential during COVID to help my parents with tech issues and friends and family. It is very easy to use. What do you like best? I have been using it for many years and have always loved this experience. I often have 13 addresses at my home and need some files on my computer at work, but I don't have 5 VPN addresses configured on my computer at home. What do you like best? One thing I love most about Team Viewer will be the simple of use. It's a super easy to use interface. What do you like best? With TeamViewer, it is easy to have a fast remote control. Changes in internet speed do not affect the software's work. You can chat and talk with remote server owner as well. The way they work is inept and illogical

Took us a 45 minute call to figure out the price of a bussiness renewal plan is going to cost which eventually we didn't receive a concrete answer, and it took their reseller 5 minutes to tell us the cost.Plus they don't support email customer service.The customer representatives are not bad themselves, but the way this company handles themselves is horrible. We had to get through 3 different teams (sales,support and resellers) to figure out the price, and eventually we didn't.
