PROS: Tawk.to is a powerful and user-friendly software. You can integrate it into your website and enjoy its many great features for free. CONS: This platform is free and easy to use. There is nothing I can say I dislike about it. Integrating it into a website is trouble-free. All it takes is copying and pasting a Javascript line to the website’s HTML. I have been using tawk.to for years now and I can say that I am a very satisfied user.

No sirve y soporte es patetico
Tengo un problema cuando activo wp rocket, tawto deja de funcionar, contacte a soporte para que me indiquen que debo excluir en wp rocket para que su plugin funcione y no saben decir nada. Más de dos semanas hablando con ellos para que me dijeran que problema tenía, al final yo conseguí el problema y aun así fueron incapaces de saber algo. son pateticos!

"Best Live Support Application"
What do you like best about tawk.to? I love Tawk to because I can easily install it on any of my devices. Am able to chat with my clients and offer them support 24/7. My sales increased by 20% since I started using tawk because the application helped me chat with clients directly on my website thus offering them any assistance or advise while shopping. You got what is written on the box, complete the public relation experience that was lacking to my site. free with that, it allows me to stay close to the client. it looks like i have been paid to write this but it is not the case, i am simply ovewhelmed...thank you. Lot's of haters or "competitor" bad review here
As a user for a little over 2 years, I would say that those bad comments most likely is from either haters or their competitor. Their free software covered almost every features you may need in live chat and I've never experience any "down time". C'mon mate, the world can be a better place and those who put hard work into their product should be appreciated. You should've spend more time in improving your product rather than slander others, Ciao!
