"Excellent budget-friendly on-site chat plugin"
What do you like best about tawk.to? Tawk.to was easy to implement into our client's WordPress website. We were able to test it out in the cloud, then finally go live on our site after the client approved the functions. It was also pretty easy to onboard the staff handling the incoming chats; Tawkto's simple interface made it easy for them to see the new conversations, and we were able to create a quick action that pushed the notification of a new chat to certain key players. Cost-effective and user-friendly live chat software
PROS: Tawk.to has all the features necessary for a good messaging platform. It is user-friendly and easy to integrate on a website. It also has a mobile version which enables us to receive notifications and respond promptly to our clients. CONS: We have dealt with situations where the status of our representatives remained active because they forgot to log out of the app. This caused miscommunication between us and our clients.

PROS: Tawk.to has a lot of great features to help you connect with potential customers in real time. This platform has notification features that allow you to monitor, manage, and respond to the messages you receive.
