What do you like best about tawk.to? Tawk.to allows me to communicate with potential clients, answer questions and move the conversation along to help make a buying decision. They have a lot of features to customize the look and functionality as well. "Great for communicating with website visitors"
What do you like best about tawk.to? I love that there is a mobile app. If I’m not near my computer I can still respond to inquiries. What do you dislike about tawk.to? I feel like it goes into sleep mode a little fast but that’s not a big deal really. What problems is tawk.to solving and how is that benefiting you? We aren’t on campus to answer questions as we usually would be and this is a good way to connect with students visiting our site.

"Excellent chat app for staying in touch with web visitors on the go"
What do you like best about tawk.to? I love the fact that I can chat with website visitors using my mobile phone, so basically at any time that is convenient for me to talk with prospective customers. What do you dislike about tawk.to? "Easy to use"
What do you like best about tawk.to? It is easy for customers to have a real time conversation with us without being on the phone (although most chats lead to a phone call). I LOVE that we can see what they are typing so we have time to craft a response to shorten their wait time. It also helps us understand an issue they may be having before they even send it. What do you like best about tawk.to? Tawk To provides several features for free whereas different softwares charge for it. While the user writes to your webpage you can see what the user is going write. So this function helps to earn some time. You can see the countries of the users. What do you like best about tawk.to? This chat tool is fantastic. It has a beautiful and intuitive interface for the client. I like it because you can customize a welcome message to send to the customer as soon as they enter our website. I also like that it works like a contact form if we don't have any online agent. Unreliable
it is a good chat app, you can add unlimited agent. but the negative side is, the server often down, and often its hard to engage chat with customer. Unreliable if you have a lot of customer to chat with. Well, what can you expect from a free chat app.

"It's free and it's great, I use this every day"
What do you like best about tawk.to? It's free. Seriously, not enough can be said about good free services. Aside from it being free integration is seamless, the UI is great and very easily adjustable. The ticket system has been a life saver for resolving customer issues. What do you dislike about tawk.to?
