What do you like best about Supermetrics? I like how responsive the program representatives are. Every time I reach out to them, they provide amazing service. What do you dislike about Supermetrics? Their product is incredibly complicated. I wish they had an easy tutorial view that'd give step-by-step instructions and helpful tips. What problems is Supermetrics solving and how is that benefiting you? Organization and management of advertising spend.

Easy to use, never had issues with bugs or downtime etc. I've been using it over 6 years, (the Google Sheets license) the tool itself hasn't changed much but is constantly expanding in terms of connectors. What do you like best about Supermetrics? Avoid Google's data sampling (Google Sheet connector) What do you dislike about Supermetrics? There is no date filter in reports. Sometimes is difficult to use for colleagues. What problems is Supermetrics solving and how is that benefiting you? I didn't have to buy GA360 :).

"Incredibly useful tool for reporting and analysis"

What do you like best about Supermetrics? Being able to bring data from multiple sources into one place, on a schedule, is so useful. What do you dislike about Supermetrics? There is little to dislike. Supermetrics queries can fail but this is almost always down to issues with the APIs, rather than a problem with the tool itself. What problems is Supermetrics solving and how is that benefiting you? A lot of our internal reports for trading and marketing are based on data managed by Supermetrics.

What do you like best about Supermetrics? I can integrate almost all online media services in one place, only with this tool. Easy to use and fast to learn. It's way ahead of its competitors.
