My favorite thing about Supermetrics is the support I get when I run into an error, it's simple for me to reach out and gain insight immediately on how to problem-solve. There is sometimes confusion on the process when we trying to log into a platform with a different address to the Supermetrics login. What do you like best about Supermetrics? Supermetrics is intuitive and straightforward to set up. Daily triggers to refresh the data ensure that all of my reports and dashboards are updated daily and helps us keep a pulse on performance. It also plays nicely with Data Studio and pretty much anywhere else you need to pull your data into. What do you dislike about Supermetrics? It can be kind of pricey but worth it if you consider the amount of time saved. What problems is Supermetrics ...

What do you like best about Supermetrics? I like the ease of creating reports from GA data, and the refresh feature saves businesses a lot of wasted time repeatedly updating reports each week/month. What do you dislike about Supermetrics? There's not much I dislike, but sometimes it would be good to be able to access more tips/hints when you're struggling to do a certain thing.
