What do you like best about Supermetrics? Supermetrics help center. They have a very supportive support team. What do you dislike about Supermetrics? The tool takes time to load the data, which sometimes causes frustration. What problems is Supermetrics solving and how is that benefiting you? It solved the issue of connecting multible data sources to google data studio.

What do you like best about Supermetrics? Cost (fairly cheap), ease of use, and the flexibility it offers in terms of building your own solutions on top of it. What do you dislike about Supermetrics? API endpoint management could be better. For instance, the LinkedIn API connection can't pull the shares metric of a video post. realize the LinkedIn API is limited in this area but I also know it's possible to match things up on the backend accordingly. "Very good, however connecters sometimes fail and i have to manually reconnect"

What do you like best about Supermetrics? Data Studio capabilities are great, and the communication with the support team is fantastic. we only have the email support but they are very responsive. What do you dislike about Supermetrics? The fact my connectors will become obsolete over time so i have to manually reconnect What problems is Supermetrics solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Supermetrics? By using Supermetrics, it allows me to pull ads data (from Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, etc) automatically every day. "Really great API's, but even better customer service"

What do you like best about Supermetrics? The API's are great, easy to use and understand, invaluable to the business. But the best part is being able to work with their customer support team when there are issues - they are quick to respond and reliably helpful. What do you dislike about Supermetrics?
