What do you like best about Supermetrics? The thing I like best about Supermetrics is the ability to pull data from multiple data sources. Working at an agency where we run ads on Google, FB, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, etc., it is useful to be able to pull all data into a google sheet. "Still the best data exporting tool for online advertisers/marketers"

What do you like best about Supermetrics? I am using SuperMetrics now for about 4 years and I couldn't live without it. When you have to manage all kinds of online campaigns on multiple channels (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, etc), SuperMetrics makes it very easy to create performance reports/dashboards that keep track of these campaigns and will refresh automatically (I am using the daily refresh in the morning before my workday starts). "Hard to cancel, expensive, does not work"

What do you like best about Supermetrics? Nothing about the experience was positive. What do you dislike about Supermetrics? Expensive product that does not work as intended. Customer support gaslights you - and then you can't cancel until end of quarter or get a refund due to their policy. Recommendations to others considering Supermetrics: Find a better option. "Easy to setup, not so easy to manage"

What do you like best about Supermetrics? It almost works out of the box. It has a lot of connectors, it can import a lot of data to Google Universal Analytics, to Google Sheets or to other destinations (such as databases, BigQuery or DataStudio). It is so reliable and it's rarely offline, so you can trust that you'll get the data every time you need it. What do you like best about Supermetrics? The Google Sheets integration is excellent. What do you dislike about Supermetrics? Everything is perfect but the price. But nothing good is cheap. The incredibly ridiculous price increase since this March.
