What do you like best about Supermetrics? Supermetrics has done a great job expanding its range of inputs. Its selling point is being to pull data from all sources so it's much appreciated that they continually update and expand their list of sources. What do you dislike about Supermetrics? What do you like best about Supermetrics? It's great to pull all different sorts of data. I can bring metrics from Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc. together and compare the performance of my campaigns. What do you dislike about Supermetrics? Unfortunately, pulling data, especially when you have a lot of rows, can take some time and sometimes needs two attempts as it sometimes tends to break during the process. What do you like best about Supermetrics? I love the variety of connectors and the reliability of the data. It truly streamlines our reporting processes. What do you dislike about Supermetrics? I wish Supermetric accounts weren't tied to Google accounts. It makes working cross-functionally very difficult. What do you like best about Supermetrics? I like the functionality with Google Sheets. It works as you think it would work. If you're familiar with creating reports in Excel using Pivot Table then you will have no problem using Supermetrics. What do you dislike about Supermetrics? Sometimes the data doesnt automatically refresh so it required a few extra clicks. But the data flows quickly and updates properly. I just wish there were not as many bugs. What do you like best about Supermetrics? It's really easy to start using supermetrics and pulling data from ad platforms (and more). You can easily build reports in G-sheets or Data Studio and drill-down into data to get valuable insights. What do you dislike about Supermetrics? Pricing is pretty expensive.
