What do you like best about Supermetrics? Supermetrics allows you great flexibility for different reporting tools at a reasonable cost. They also have very helpful customer service that allows for immediate help when it's most needed. What do you dislike about Supermetrics? It is a bit pricey for some of the tools. Being able to migrate data from multiple sources into one report is life-saving for agency life where there are 5+ digital channels per client. What do you like best about Supermetrics? Supermetrics has done a great job expanding its range of inputs. Its selling point is being to pull data from all sources so it's much appreciated that they continually update and expand their list of sources. What do you dislike about Supermetrics? What do you like best about Supermetrics? Helpful dropdown menus and querying assistance is nice to skim through all the options of metrics and dimensions. What do you dislike about Supermetrics? Connections to platforms can drop occasionally, and I often have to reinstall the data connection into my excel program. What problems is Supermetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?
