"Data Studio for almost every channel"

What do you like best about Supermetrics? With supermetrics I can connect Google Data Studio with almost all of our marketing channels to create informative dashboards. We use them for our internal decisions and for customers as well. What do you dislike about Supermetrics? Sometimes the connector for Google Business Profile gets a little bit stuck. If this happens, I can't find any new profiles we have access to with our account. We try to refresh the account list, but without any result. ...

What do you like best about Supermetrics? Once you configure your connections, it's set it and forget it. What do you dislike about Supermetrics? The configurator can be slightly confusing at first. I found it challenging to understand which connection was for what. What problems is Supermetrics solving and how is that benefiting you? They keep adding connections, which is something I was hoping for!

What do you like best about Supermetrics? All KPIs are accessible and easy to find, unlike in Google Data Studio native sources. What do you dislike about Supermetrics? Reports can crash and there are some limitations in the variety of dimensions/KPIs that can be pulled together. What problems is Supermetrics solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Supermetrics? This platform is easy to use with data studio. Creating connections is easy, they make the instructions very clear. What do you dislike about Supermetrics? It is not easy to add on a single data studio connector to your license. I have a core license, I asked if I could add on one more single connector that wasn't included in my license (adroll). The sales team said I'm not allowed to buy that connector alone, but I have to upgrade to the next ...

I like the scheduling options where I can receive reports automatically instead of going to the Instagram app and downloading data myself, which would also require me to clean data. What do you like best about Supermetrics? Supermetrics allows you great flexibility for different reporting tools at a reasonable cost. They also have very helpful customer service that allows for immediate help when it's most needed. What do you dislike about Supermetrics? It is a bit pricey for some of the tools. I also wish some of the reporting tools in social media were a bit more reasonable but overall it's not that big of a deal. What problems is Supermetrics solving and how is that ...
