What do you like best about Supermetrics? It's very easy to set up and to update. Very quick to get the data on Excel. Pretty intuitive! What do you dislike about Supermetrics? It's not really Supermetrics' fault but the API for Instagram doesn't give access to organic + paid data which is very annoying. What do you like best about Supermetrics? I really like all of the different ways to display data in Supermetrics. I also like how easy it is to view many different data sources on one page and have it look so cohesive. What do you dislike about Supermetrics? Not working with Reels and organic TikTok to pull additional data. Also, some metrics are off by 200-300 sometimes for monthly reporting when compared to manual data. Super expensive for what it does, confusing price plans and quotas, and pushy sales representatives. What problems is Supermetrics solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Supermetrics? Hourly refreshing for reports, it's the best on the market. What do you dislike about Supermetrics? Confusing price structure. Entry level is very expensive. Can't pull a report that combines multiple sources with a metrics column i.e. Google, Facebook, Bing. Step up from Google sheets to Looker is a big price difference.
