This company has the worst customer…
This company has the worst customer support I have ever come across, I am due to open my shop tomorrow. So I bought a Sumup card machine 2 weeks ago from Screwfix thinking that would give me plenty of time to get up and running. Did all the verification process driving license, bank details etc, etc was then told problem with verification so thought fair enough I will contact them to find the issue.
