Frauds and lies don’t trust this people…
Frauds and lies don’t trust this people . First of all it’s not a bank . And they hold your money and do lot of checks and delay the process . Cheaters . I have loved a complain and waiting my £1500 to be paid . They have 6 weeks to respond to my complain outcome letter and then I am taking it ombudsman. Because of delay I am running behind on my priority bills

Have held onto my funds for over 2 and half weeks and not communicated when it will be released to me. I am a small business and needed those funds to pay employees and but materials. SumUp are dreadful and will never use them again!!!
