Sumup should be Sum down! Let's see the sudden positive responses from Adam, Hamza and the other one. They work way too hard.
16/09/2024 Update. Well looks like they given Adam, Hamza and the other one days off finally. As none of there 5 star comments have these names!! Did wonder as according to Sum up, these 3 staff jetting around the UK fixing peoples systems, many in same day. Even if the customers all in same town it would be hard to give that 5 star quality service" The company jet must need a rest as well. Please don’t use there service
Please don’t use there service, you will loose money and the response time is only about 2 weeks. Money had gone out of my account because a customer decided to ring his bank and ask for the refund so he got his money back which was done wrongfully but I spoke to sum up and explained everything which was in July and still haven’t received my money back also my card was used fraudulently online I emailed them and still haven’t received anything back that has been over 3 months now This ...
