PURE TRAGEDY
The customer support team is just a pure tragedy. The chat team is absolutely unwilling to do something at all. The calls handling team puts you on wait for 20 minutes just hoping that you will give up and end the call.

SCAMMERS- STAY AWAY
only had machine a couple of weeks and now it wont take any payments at all. no customer service just a silly bot that goes round in circles and doesnt recognise the words 'No Transactions' yet another company allowed to operate in the uk that was designed purely to rip people off. an absolute disgrace. STAY AWAY FROM SUM UP

It’s a scam!!!
It’s a scam!!!! Looks at all the reviews, all posted on 19th Dec 2023!!! They sent a card to my house, with someone else’s name on clearly expecting me to call and give them my details to confirm someone called ‘Princess Mariano’ doesn’t live here.
