Awful customer service and they should be able to fix their own issues
Have an online store but can't change to a custom web address. They have the option and it says it's connected but shop is unavailable. Tried contacting via the chat 3 times, each time I either get 'we'll investigate', then nothing happens. I get the chat closed because I didn't answer within 2 mins or they simply say we cannot help due to not being registered, which is completely inaccurate. Approved and then cancelled sale
Called to find out why a £12 sale on my Sum Up solo had been rejected after it had been already approved and the customer had left with the items. Received a reply saying that they could not help and it was the end of the matter. Rubbish customer service, so I will stop using Sum Up and switch to using my Square and IZettle because had the same issue with them and they gave a credit for the amount against transaction fees.
