Still not done what they promised
Despite a robust rebuttal from Sumup and assurance our account is now working... it is not. I thought I would trust them and no sales over Christmas anyway. Yet again today transaction denied, no possibility of speaking to anyone as there is no phone number anywhere on their information. I have sent them number, but they do not call. My reference number from them 35144050 and that was dated 13th December 2023

They blockI do not recommend blocking funds the money and after 12 hours…
They block the money and after 12 hours they ask for additional information. I definitely do not recommend it. Problems with recovering your own funds. Account set up. First payment accepted and problem with recovering the money.

Not impressed
Had a fraudulent account easily set up in my name. Impossible to contact unless you create an account to access a bot chat. Still haven’t got back to me to confirm they have close the accounts and now ask me for a review?
