Worst Customer Service....
Worst Customer Service.... I have been awaiting refund for two months and despite 43 calls and numerous hoops I have been made to jump through, STILL nobody has resolved. I am just getting a standard scripted response. TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!

Excellent Sales facility. Customer Services falls short.
I needed to know if I could access my Sales in the previous tax year. It seemed as if I could, but when I tried I couldn't. Contacted Customer Services on Live Chat. The conversation with the Agent was confusing. I left with the impression it was possible. But it isn't. SumUp is an excellent payment facility, so I was disappointed to be left confused by my contact with them.
