I had to enter chat twice. The first time did not solve the issue. The second time did but the advisor ended the chat while I was trying to type a message of thanks after working through the advice he gave me!

card reader and waste of time
During time off looking through adds' and purchasing, not once was I asked what device would I be using. Reason for this statement, is I ordered card reader, no problem, delivery was quick. However on many attempts to down load App' and connect card reader to phone, I contacted help live chat and via email, only to be told by some advisors that my phone is not compatible for App or card machine.
