What a NIGHTMARE
What a NIGHTMARE. Where to begin. All our clients were double charged, Sumup said it was a software issue and they sent out another device. THEN our account was hacked with 15 clients targeted some charged over $2000 in random payments. We ended up having to go to the police with this. Our own bank account that the Sumup payments went into was targeted for $4000 3 times! We have contacted you multiple times. Why aren’t you sorting this out Sumup?

Monthly report
They never sent email requested with monthly reports from April 23 to November 23 said they would and it's not something available on the app I don't use computer
