Incredibly hard to get hold of and don’t even deal with your problem. They pass it around the houses and refuse to take ownership and deal with it. I love the company and their products but their customer service when dealing with problems is a 0/10

if I could give minus stars I would. absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with , I have spoken to at least 15 people and still issue not resolved. I would steer clear of this company, they accepted all the details and set up when we reached the target they do not accept the details even though nothing has changed since set up.
