Terrible customer care
Terrible customer care. Their Solo reader is one of the worst card readers out there. Can’t believe I paid £100 quid for that. Support is non existent every time it fails to start or charge. Last time I contacted through the live chat they couldn’t help and wanted me to send a video via email. Sent it twice but I got a reply asking me to attach and resend. Changing provider!

Terrible
When I first researched Sumup, they seemed to tick all the boxes that I was looking for in a 21st century payment processing provider. Signup was a breeze and we put a trial payment through to see everything was working before we moved all of our payments over to them. The payment still hasn't reached our bank account after two weeks despite numerous chats with customer service and emails. If I could give zero stars I would.
If I could give zero stars I would.. poor customer service. Cannot answer simple questions like when will I get my 50.00 as part of refer a friend... grt halfway through talking to their support team thats no support what so ever!!!! They cut conversations, you have to continue to repeat yourself after going back on to the chats.... still no further forwards and 6 weeks down the line. Avoid like the plague .... its cheap for a reason guys pay more for better service elsewhere

Rude disrespectful phone operatives…
Rude disrespectful phone operatives interrupt and talk over you.company refuses to supply data when requested when fraud is suspected. Fraud appears to be internal. Their reply to this review is also not truthful. They still haven’t provided the repeatedly requested information regarding suspected fraudulent transactions on their part.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. I have two card readers with Sum up. Active one is not working. I think it has been cancelled by mistake.Your staff unable to solve the problem.
