Unreliable, you will lose customers and money!
I have a remote event right now and people are not able to pay via QR code that I generated. I went on the customer support chat, I called an hour and a half later, all I was told is the technical team is working on it. Is it really? Who knows, as there is no update, nobody who knows anything? Buy a new one buy a new one
This system is not the best for a business who wants to develop quiet fast there is update during the day so sometimes i lost customers due to the slow process of the update of the system , now i move abroad and set up a new business and i thought i could take my machine with me as sum up existing in France as well , but i have been told i need to buy a new one as its a different currency , but i can tell you the machine is the same but business is business they want you to buy a new one . ...
